Texas LMSW Clinical Supervision & EMDR Consultation

Whether you’re seeking Texas LMSW clinical supervision, EMDR consultation, case guidance, or professional support in navigating complex clinical work, I offer a collaborative, practical, and real-world approach.

As a Texas Board-Approved LCSW-Supervisor, I provide LMSW Clinical Supervision that fully meets Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC) and Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners (TSBSWE) requirements for LCSW licensure. Supervisees are required to complete 3,000 hours of clinical experience over at least 24 months, with a minimum of 100 hours of supervision by an approved supervisor. Our sessions are structured to help you meet these standards while building clinical confidence, deepening self-awareness, and integrating ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally attuned care into your practice.

As a Certified EMDR Therapist (Somatic & Attachment-Focused) and Consultant-in-Training, I can also provide up to 15 of the 20 EMDRIA-required consultation hours toward EMDR certification. My work extends beyond EMDR, supporting therapists, coaches, and helping professionals who want to strengthen their skills, refine their approach, and feel more grounded and effective in the room.

This is a space to bring your questions, stuck points, ethical dilemmas, and challenging cases and to leave with actionable tools, fresh insight, and renewed clarity in your work.

I bring a rare combination of lived and professional experience: U.S. Army Veteran, former law enforcement officer, and years in the medical system from inpatient care to hospice, often in first responder roles. I understand the realities of complex trauma, moral injury, high-stress environments, and relational disconnection—not just from theory, but from lived experience.

My clinical foundation includes EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and relationships, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (Certified), Brainspotting, IFS/Ego States, hypnotherapy, yoga-based nervous system practices (RYT-200), and specialized training in preverbal trauma, OCD/BFRB (Inference-Based CBT & ERP), and the Gottman Method. This integrative lens allows me to help you think beyond protocols finding ways to integrate body-based, attachment-focused, and relational approaches for even the most complex, nuanced clients.

Our work together will focus on adapting interventions to your client’s pacing, culture, attunement, and nervous system while also supporting you through the emotional and practical challenges of the work. Whether you’re pursuing LCSW licensure in Texas, EMDRIA certification, or simply want a trusted professional sounding board, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you grow your skills, confidence, and impact.
