I’m not just a therapist, I’m a fellow traveler through the terrain of life.

As an Army veteran, former first responder, and healthcare provider from a long line of service members, I understand the unspoken weight carried by those who live in constant readiness, crisis, or loss. My work specializes in those with people who are carrying a lot grief, loss, and trauma that often shows up in ways that are hard to explain. Maybe you’ve been through PTSD or C-PTSD, or you’re living with the weight of moral injury.

Sometimes it shows up as feeling numb or shut down, other times as being constantly on edge, waiting for the next shoe to drop. For many, it looks like a mind that won’t stop looping through worries, fears, and ‘what ifs,’ or moments of panic when your body feels hijacked and out of your control.

It can also show up in patterns around sex or relationships that don’t really fit who you are or what you want, and leave you feeling ashamed or disconnected. And often, underneath it all, there’s a deep exhaustion the kind that comes from carrying stress and trauma for far too long.

I also provide compassionate, trauma-informed support around sensitive reproductive experiences, including pregnancy endings and post-termination healing, honoring each person’s story with non-judgment, privacy, and care.

If you’ve tried talk therapy and it hasn’t brought the relief you hoped for, that doesn’t mean you’re broken, it just means your healing needs to reach deeper than words alone.

I integrate advanced, evidence-based modalities such as EMDR (Somatic & Attachment-Focused, Certified), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (Certified), Brainspotting, Hypnotherapy, Ego States & IFS-informed work, Exposure & Response Prevention, and Inference-Based CBT.

Alongside these, I bring in deeply embodied approaches Somatic-Based Trauma Therapy, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to help release trauma stored in the body when words aren’t enough.

For those who’ve carried the weight for too long, I offer both clinical expertise and lived experience. My mission is to create a space where shame, guilt, and identity wounds can be met with compassion, where the nervous system finds safety again, and where you can reconnect with yourself, with others, and with a life that feels whole.
