EMDR Certification & Professional Consultation

As a Certified EMDR Therapist trained in Somatic and Attachment-Focused EMDR and a Consultant-in-Training, I can offer up to 15 of the 20 consultation hours required for EMDRIA Certification. Whether you’re working toward certification or simply want to strengthen your skills, my approach to consultation is collaborative, supportive, and deeply rooted in real-world application. This is a space where you can bring your questions, stuck points, and cases, and leave with practical tools, fresh perspective, and renewed confidence in your work.

I bring a unique combination of lived and professional experience to the table U.S. Army veteran, former law enforcement officer, and years of service in the medical system, from inpatient care to hospice, often in first responder roles. I understand the impact of complex trauma, moral injury, high-stress environments, and relational disconnection not just from the clinical side, but from lived reality.

Alongside EMDR, my clinical foundation includes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and relational work, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (Certified), Brainspotting, IFS/Ego States work, hypnotherapy, yoga-based nervous system practices (RYT-200), and specialized training in preverbal trauma, OCD/BFRB (Inference-Based CBT & ERP), and Gottman Method. This integrative lens allows me to help you move beyond protocol alone exploring how to weave EMDR with body-based, attachment-focused, and relational approaches that meet the needs of complex, nuanced clients.

In consultation, we focus not just on “how” to do EMDR, but on how to adapt it in a way that honors your client’s pacing, attunement, culture, and nervous system. I especially enjoy helping therapists integrate somatic and attachment work, build confidence in navigating challenging moments, and hold the relational space that supports deep change. Whether you’re just starting your EMDR journey, actively pursuing certification, or seeking advanced case consultation, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you grow your skills and expand your impact.
