You’re Used to Holding It Together

You’re the one people rely on.

You handle things.
You show up.
You keep going no matter what’s happening underneath.

And from the outside, it probably looks like you’re doing fine.

But that’s not the full story.

There’s a level of tension, pressure, or exhaustion that doesn’t go away.
Things you’ve carried, adapted to, or pushed through—but never fully processed.

Maybe you’ve talked about it.
Maybe you’ve done therapy before.

But your body still hasn’t gotten the message that it’s over.

Rapid Transformation Experiences

Texas • Oregon • Washington• Colorado

Designed to help your nervous system, mind, and body process what’s been stuck, so you can experience real, lasting change.

Who This Is For

This work is designed for people who are used to functioning at a high level, while carrying more than others realize.

You may notice:

  • You’ve done therapy before, but feel stuck or plateaued

  • You understand your patterns, but they still show up the same way

  • You live or have worked in high-stress, high-responsibility environments

  • You’re capable on the outside, but internally feel tension, pressure, or exhaustion

  • You’re tired of managing symptoms and want something deeper

  • You want your body to actually feel different not just understand your experience

This is for you if you’re ready for focused, intentional work that creates real movement.

How It Works

Instead of 50-minute sessions that start and stop, intensives create space for deeper, uninterrupted processing.

1. Consultation
We start with a conversation to understand your history, goals, and whether this approach is the right fit.

2. Custom Design
Your intensive is built specifically for you—your pace, your needs, your system.

3. The Immersion Experience
We meet for extended sessions (half-day, full-day, or multi-day), allowing you to stay with the work long enough for something real to shift.

4. Integration
We focus on helping the changes stabilize, so what shifts in session carries into your daily life.

Sessions are typically scheduled as extended blocks, multi-day intensives, or condensed series, depending on your needs and availability. Between sessions, you’ll receive integration practices, grounding strategies, and reflection tools to help you embody the work we’ve done together.

Why This Work Feels Different

If you’ve ever felt like you were just getting somewhere in therapy, only to run out of time and have to pick it back up the next week, you’re not imagining it.

When there is more space and continuity, your system doesn’t have to keep stopping and starting.

You’re able to stay with what’s emerging.
To move through it, rather than around it.
To access deeper layers in a way that feels supported and contained.
And to allow your body, not just your mind, to fully process and integrate.

This is where real, lasting change begins.

A Thoughtfully Curated Approach

You don’t need to know which method is right for you.

Your experience is layered, and the work is designed to meet you in that same way.

I draw from a select range of advanced, evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Brainspotting, parts-based work, hypnotherapy, Deep Brain Reorientation and Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, integrated with body-based and nervous system–focused practices.

Rather than following a single model, each session is guided by what your system is ready for in that moment.

The process is responsive, precise, and intentionally paced, allowing us to work at a depth that supports meaningful, sustainable change.

You don’t have to figure this out on your own.

You don’t need a perfect explanation or a clear starting point. The work meets you where you are and unfolds from there.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The path to better understanding.

  • The Rapid Transformation Experience is for individuals who are ready to make meaningful progress in a focused, intentional way especially if you’ve tried traditional therapy and still feel like something is missing. This approach is designed for people who want to address not just their thoughts and emotions, but also the nervous system patterns and body-held responses that keep them feeling stuck.

You may benefit if you’re living with PTSD, C-PTSD, or complex/childhood trauma and want to process what’s been holding you back without being retraumatized. Many of my clients are healing from religious trauma or high-control and high-demand groups, working to reclaim their identity and autonomy after years of suppression or fear. Others are carrying moral injury from experiences that clashed with their values, or attachment wounds that make closeness and trust difficult.

Some people come because they’re living in a state of dissociation, numbness, or emotional shutdown, or because their nervous system feels stuck on high alert hypervigilance, panic, nightmares, rage, or startle responses that feel exhausting to manage.

This work is also for individuals navigating sexual concerns from low desire and sexual pain to performance anxiety or intimacy challenges and for those seeking help with problematic sexual behaviors, sexual compulsions, or betrayal recovery in a non-shaming, compassionate space.

I also work extensively with OCD and body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRB) like hair-pulling, skin-picking, or nail-biting, integrating approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT) with body-based trauma therapy.

Many people I work with are military members, veterans, first responders, healthcare providers, athletes, performers, and high-achieving professionals who have learned to push through at all costs but now want to feel more than just functional. They want to feel whole, present, and alive again.

If you’re looking for more than symptom management if you want to address the root causes of what you’ve been carrying and create changes that last the Rapid Transformation Experience offers a way to work deeply, intentionally, and in a way that honors both your pace and your resilience.

  • Most traditional therapy follows a weekly, 50-minute session format. While that structure can be helpful for some, it often means spending a large portion of each session warming up, checking in, and addressing whatever feels most urgent in the moment leaving less time to go deep into the root causes. For many people, this results in slow progress or the feeling of circling the same patterns without real change.

The Rapid Transformation Experience is intentionally designed to be immersive and concentrated. Instead of spreading the work out over months or years, we meet for extended sessions or intensives that allow us to go further in one sitting without the constant stop-and-start of traditional pacing. This extra time creates space for deeper processing, integration, and nervous system regulation all within the same day.

What also makes this approach unique is that it’s fully customized to you. I don’t rely on a single method or rigid protocol. Instead, I integrate the therapies I’m most trained in and passionate about Somatic & Attachment-Focused EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Brainspotting, hypnotherapy, Ego States & IFS-informed therapy, ERP, I-CBT, and yoga-based nervous system practices along with advanced EMDR protocols for recent, complex, and group trauma work. This means we’re addressing not only your thoughts and memories, but also the body-held responses and patterns that talking alone can’t fully reach.

Another key difference: this work honors your whole story and your unique pace. We slow down when needed, accelerate when your system is ready, and focus on creating real, embodied change so you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and with tools you can use immediately.

In short, the Rapid Transformation Experience is different because it’s more focused, more integrated, and more holistic than traditional therapy and for many people, that’s exactly what’s needed to finally break through.

  • You might be ready for the Rapid Transformation Experience if you feel a mix of readiness, openness, and a willingness to try something different. Many of my clients come to this work after trying traditional therapy and making some progress but still feeling like something is stuck. You may have insight into your patterns, but your body and nervous system still react as if the threat or pain is happening now.

    You might be ready if:

    • You’re tired of looping in the same struggles and want to address the root causes instead of only managing symptoms

    • You can commit time and emotional energy to focused, in-depth work, even if it feels a little daunting

    • You’re willing to approach healing through both your mind and body, even if body-based work is new to you

    • You’ve already developed some basic coping skills and emotional regulation tools that help you stay grounded during deeper work

    • You feel safe enough in your life right now to lean into processing meaning you’re not in the middle of an active crisis or unsafe environment

    • You’re open to integrating multiple modalities, not just talking, to create lasting change

You don’t need to feel “fully ready” or perfectly confident before starting most people feel some uncertainty. Part of my role is to help you prepare, pace the work, and give you tools to navigate anything that comes up along the way.

If you’re wondering whether now is the right time, we can start with a consultation call to talk about your goals, your history, and what you hope to experience through this process. Together, we’ll decide if the Rapid Transformation Experience is the right next step for you.

  • Yes. Many of my weekly clients choose to schedule a Rapid Transformation Experience when they want to make a concentrated leap forward whether to break through a stuck point, process a significant life event, or create space for deeper healing than a standard session allows.

For current clients, intensives are available in modified formats and with adjusted pricing, since we’ve already built a strong therapeutic foundation together. This allows us to move into deeper work more quickly, tailor the structure around your ongoing therapy plan, and integrate the breakthroughs from the intensive into your regular sessions for lasting change.

If you’re curious whether adding a Rapid Transformation Experience to your current therapy is right for you, we can discuss your goals, timing, and the format that would best support your progress.

  • Yes, you might sense that something profound still needs to change, yet you're unsure how to fully transition into a new experience of yourself with your current therapist. Perhaps you've gained cognitive understanding, but your body remains uncertain, sparking curiosity about how adjunct Rapid Transformation Experience therapy could assist. During your initial consultation, we will determine the best format for you.

  • It depends on your goals, your timeline, and where you are in your healing journey.

Some people start with a Rapid Transformation Experience because they want to make meaningful progress quickly whether they’re feeling stuck, facing a major life change, or ready to address an issue that’s been holding them back for years. The immersive nature of an intensive means we can go deeper, faster, and dedicate the time needed to work through layers of experience in one focused period. Afterward, some clients choose to continue with weekly sessions to integrate and expand on the changes we began in the intensive.

Others prefer to start with weekly therapy to build a foundation, establish trust, and gradually work toward deeper processing. Once we’ve built momentum, a Rapid Transformation Experience can act as a powerful accelerator helping you break through stuck points, consolidate gains, and move toward your goals more quickly.

Both paths are valid. The best choice comes down to how ready you feel for intensive work, the support you already have in place, and the pace that feels sustainable for you. In our consultation, we’ll talk through your needs and design a plan that fits you not a one-size-fits-all approach.

  • A half-day Rapid Transformation Experience offers a concentrated, focused block of time to create meaningful change in a short period. In just a few hours, we can work deeply on a specific goal whether that’s boosting confidence and performance, addressing an emotional block, or significantly reducing the overwhelming effects of a single-event trauma.

In a single half-day Rapid Transformation Experience, it’s possible to:

    • Target and reduce distressing symptoms like negative self-beliefs, intrusive thoughts, intense emotions, or uncomfortable body sensations

    • Process the emotional and physical impact of a recent or past event that still feels “stuck” in your system

    • Gain new tools for nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and daily grounding

    • Leave with greater clarity, lightness, and the ability to respond to triggers in a more empowered way

While substantial healing can happen in just one half-day, some concerns such as Complex PTSD, moral injury, or long-standing attachment wounds require more time and continued attention. Many of my clients addressing more complex trauma histories choose to schedule monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly half-day Rapid Transformation Experience as part of an ongoing plan for steady, layered healing.

During your consultation, we’ll clarify your goals, assess what’s most realistic to accomplish in a half-day, and ensure the format supports both the depth and pacing your system needs.

  • A 3-day Rapid Transformation Experience gives us the space to go far deeper than what’s possible in a single session or even a half-day Rapid Transformation Experience allowing for layered processing, integration, and transformation over multiple days. Whether you choose a weekday or weekend format, this immersive approach is designed to help you address not just symptoms, but the root patterns in your nervous system, body, and mind that keep you feeling stuck.

In a 3-day Rapid Transformation Experience we can:

    • Address complex trauma histories, attachment wounds, or moral injury with time to move at the pace your system needs

    • Process multiple related events or themes that may be driving your current challenges

    • Blend modalities such as Somatic & Attachment-Focused EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Brainspotting, Hypnotherapy, and IFS/Ego States work to reach both cognitive insight and body-based healing

    • Rewire long-standing emotional or behavioral patterns and practice new, more adaptive responses in real time

    • Build a personalized toolkit of regulation strategies and daily practices to support lasting change

For many clients, a 3-day intensive serves as a turning point a time when clarity, relief, and renewed energy finally feel possible. This format is especially effective for those working through Complex PTSD, chronic anxiety, moral injury, dissociation, or relational trauma that hasn’t shifted with traditional therapy alone.

While some people use a single 3-day experience to create a breakthrough, others choose to integrate follow-up half-day intensives monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly to reinforce and expand on the progress they’ve made.

During your consultation, we’ll discuss your history, your goals, and what you hope to walk away with, so your 3-day intensive is tailored to give you the deepest, most sustainable results possible.

  • The Individual Rapid Transformation Experience is designed for people who are ready to work deeply and intentionally to create meaningful change in a condensed amount of time. Each package includes comprehensive preparation, personalized intensive sessions, and integration support so the breakthroughs you experience in session can translate into lasting change in daily life.

Whether you’re addressing trauma, anxiety, dissociation, moral injury, sexual concerns, attachment wounds, or other patterns that keep you stuck, the structure of these intensives allows us to go far beyond what’s possible in a standard weekly session.
