Whether you’re just beginning your Texas LMSW supervision journey or already deep into your clinical hours, I offer a collaborative, grounded, and practical supervision experience designed to support both your growth and confidence as a clinician.
As a Texas Board-Approved LCSW Supervisor, I provide supervision that meets all BHEC and TSBSWE requirements for LCSW licensure while going beyond simply checking boxes. Our work together focuses on strengthening clinical reasoning, ethical decision-making, self-awareness, relational attunement, and trauma-informed care so you feel more prepared for the realities of clinical work.
This is a space to bring difficult cases, uncertainty, countertransference, ethical dilemmas, and the parts of the work that stay with you after sessions end. You’ll leave with greater clarity, practical tools, and a stronger sense of confidence in your clinical decisions.
My background as a U.S. Army Veteran, former law enforcement officer, and clinician across medical, behavioral health, hospice, and high-acuity settings gives me a grounded understanding of trauma, burnout, nervous system overwhelm, and the emotional weight clinicians often carry.
My clinical work integrates attachment-based, relational, trauma-focused, and nervous-system–oriented approaches, including EMDR, ART, Brainspotting, OCD and BFRB treatment, couples work, and preverbal trauma. Together, we focus on helping you become not only a skilled clinician, but a grounded and sustainable one.
